FAQ

We can look after your installation from start to finish. For the common questions read below anything else just ask. Custom quotes are available for all jobs large or small - just ask.

  • Can you pick up and deliver my TV/Sound system?
    Yes, please contact us to organise.
  • Are wall brackets included my wall mount installation?
    Labour is charged separately from materials. We carry a wide range of wall brackets and can recommend the right one to buy for your job.
  • Will the installer help me set up apps such as Netflix, Stan, YouTube etc?"
    Yes. We can recommend ways to save time and money by setting up accounts prior to the installer arriving on site. We are more than happy to guide you through the entire process if required. We need: access to a working email address; date of birth; credit card details (in order to assist you sign up accounts such as Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc). We can also set up SBSonDemand, iView, 7plus, 9now and 10play. As each smart tv differs in the range of apps that they offer, please discuss which model TV you have purchased with your installer to ensure you have what you need.
  • Do I need WIFI to set up my new Smart TV?
    Internet can be connected to a smart TV using WIFI or cable. If your WIFI/coverage is not fast enough we can help you with this just ask.
  • Can I have my existing components connected?
    The standard service includes connecting x2 components (Foxtel, Blu-ray player etc). Additional components can be added, additional charges will apply.
  • Can I get a new powerpoint or antenna point installed?
    If electrical/antenna work is required we can help you organise this. However for most installations we find that as long as there is access to an operational powerpoint and/or antenna point, within close proximity of the installation point we can make it work.
  • What will the installer do?
    1. Assess your home for the job 2. Explain what needs to be done and discuss the options available 3. Install your TV / system and components and test 4. Conceal any cables (if booked to) 5. Give you a quick demonstration tutorial to get you started 6. Answer any questions you have 7. Tidy up
  • How long does it take?
    Every job is different. Call now to discuss your job and get an estimate.
  • Do I need to be home during my installation?
    Yes an adult over the age of 18 needs to be present during installation
